Finding Your Way Around

You do not need to know a genre or an author to find something here. Start with how you are feeling, and let that lead you to a collection.

Each collection lives under its own tab, so you can browse by mood rather than by category.

If you are not sure where to start, the Library Assistant can ask a few questions and point you toward a collection or a specific book. If you already know what language you would like to read in, our collections span English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, and Russian, so you can head straight to the one that fits.

The Harbour Voyage and The Harbour Stars Programme, are full experiences rather than book lists, so those have their own pages with more detail on how they work.

If you ever feel stuck, the Library Assistant (chat button) is always in the bottom corner, ready to help you find your way.

MISSION

The Harbour Library provides free, multilingual access to books organized by emotional need rather than genre or age because we believe every reader deserves a story that speaks to their pain, and that healing can begin on a page.
